Can I return a product if I do not like it?
Every order comes with our "Try It 50 Days" guarantee. That means you can use your products for 50 days, and if you do not love them, or feel you are not getting the benefits you hoped for, you can send them back.
Returns are quick and easy, and you get 100% of your money back.

How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our warehouse in Finland. Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day, otherwise the next business day.
Delivery takes usually 3-4 business days.
Where do you ship from?
Everything ships from our own warehouse in Finland.
We are a Finnish-owned company, and we design our products with sleep and light professionals here in the Nordics, where winters are long and dark enough to take artificial light seriously.
At checkout you can pay with the usual secure methods, including Klarna.
Where are your products made?
Depending on the product, our items are made in Europe or in Asia (Hong Kong and China).
The Tempsense™ range is made in Poland and Germany.
Our other products are made mainly in China. Our factories meet the highest quality standards, and our bamboo fabric carries OEKO-TEX® 100 certification.
Can I pay by invoice?
If you would rather pay only once you have tried the product and know it works for you, choose Klarna at checkout.
